Abstract

The Holy Quran, as the divine book of Muslims, serves as a comprehensive and unparalleled charter that plays a central role in guiding and elevating humanity in all aspects of life. The main focus of its teachings is "humanity," and deeply understanding these teachings is both a religious and cultural duty for every Muslim, especially the educated. As a pioneer of Islamic culture, Iranian society needs to integrate Quranic teachings into individual and social life and utilize them to address contemporary challenges. This article aims to present a novel framework for understanding Quranic teachings by employing the SWOT model to analyze and formulate the charter of human excellence from the Quranic perspective. Within this framework, missions, values, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing humanity are examined using a descriptive-analytical method. The article pursues two main objectives: first, highlighting the necessity of using a common global language to convey Quranic concepts to both domestic and international audiences so that engagement with the Quran goes beyond mere recitation and deeply impacts hearts and minds; second, explaining this analysis as an effective tool for Islamic governance, which, through this model, can enhance human strengths, manage weaknesses, utilize opportunities, and mitigate threats. In this context, Islamic governance serves as a foundation for individual and social growth, guiding humanity toward its ultimate goal—divine proximity.
